My mummy and daddy have been taking me to a place called puppy socialisation, since I was 11 weeks old, my mummy said she is very proud of me as I can now do a recall, a 1 minute sit stay, and the down, sit and stand command, she says I walk well on a lead. My favourite time in class is after all the training and hard work we get let of our leads for a run around and play in pairs, my favourite friend is a westie girlie called Maddy I like her a lot, theres a Jack Russell I like to called Alfie he's a funny little fella and barks at everyone. I like the trainer a lot she's a nice lady and always tells me what a good boy I am she told my daddy she would like to take me home with her.
I also go to a place called obedience class on a friday, were I'm told I'm being taught some manners and be obedient tee hee, and mummy and daddy take me to something called ringcraft class on a Tuesday and Wednesday, were I have to stand a lot and move a lot, and lots of different people examine me, they keep saying aaawww and patting me on the bum, very strange. Mummy says I have a better social life than her.

Today mummy and daddy took me to something called Doggy olympics. I had great fun competing with dogs of all ages and breeds, there were about 40 dogs there and my daddy said this was very good socialisation for me. I won a 1st place and a gold medal in the best rollover event and I got a big bag of goodies and treats of the nice lady, there's some lovely fishy treat in the bag there my favourite mum says they stink, dont know what all the fuss is about, my mummy said I was very clever as I had never practised or done a rollover before, and I was the youngest competitor in this class, see who said you cant have brains and beauty tee hee. Mummy said she was also very pleased with my attempt with the obstacle course, and hurdle's, and I had no prior training or practice for this, she said at 16 weeks old I took it all my stride, I also took part in the relay race, the longest stay, the steeple chase, and doggy gymnastics. Daddy said What a good boy I was, he kept kissing me and patting me on the head, I think he was a proud daddy, my favourite part of the day was playing with my friend Piper I like her a lot mummy said it's nice to see us play so nice together.

Today I went to a ringcraft class, were I'm told its competion night, so I have to be especially good today, daddy tells me to stand nice for the man, the man looks at my teeth and examines me not sure what for, I want to kiss him he's a nice man, he said what a happy little chap I was, daddy said I got a bit carried away with my kisses, I think the nice man liked my kisses though as he had a great big grin on his face. Daddy put me in the Any Variety under 6 months old class and I got 3rd place, daddy had a big smile on his face and gave me a great big kiss and cuddle he whispered in my ear your a clever boy Dingle I'm proud of you son.

I'm told today is something called halloween and I can get dressed up as a pumpkin, mummy and daddy took me to a doggy Halloween party. I had great fun and saw all my friends, me and mummy took part in the egg and spoon race, then my daddy and me had a go at apple dunking daddy had to put his head in some water to get an apple with his teeth and I had to get a carrott out of the dish, we won some doggy treats for me, there were lots of other fun and games to, then we all had to walk around in our costumes there were some strange sites I can tell you. The nice lady told me I'd won a prize for best fancy dress and I got a big bag of goodies.

Today I completed my Puppy foundation Assesment
as part of my assesment I had to demonstrate

I passed with flying colours my mummy and daddy were so proud of me, and now mummy says I'm working towards my Bronze good citizens award.

Sunday 7th December 2008
Today I am 6 months old mummy and daddy take me to my first show Saltburn & District Canine Society Limited show. I had a great day and made a lot of new friends, then I had to go in the ring and move around and let the nice man examine me just like I have practising at ringcraft class. The nice man smiled at me and gave me some ribbons and a red card, daddy gave me a big kiss and hug and told me I was a clever boy and had won Best of Breed and Best Puppy in Breed.

10th December 2008
Today mummy tells me I'm going to a christmas party at ringcraft club. Mummy puts a strange looking outfit on me and said I'm going to be Santas little helper. I had great fun, there was lots of fun and games and I won a prize in the Most handsomest Dog class.
